This paper considers children’s spaces, respectively kindergartens, and their quantitative and qualitative determinants. Children perceive space in a specific way, which has an important role in their cognitive development. A well-designed nursery should meet the demands of increased comfort. The evaluation of comfort is done through physical and architectonic space parameters. Physical comforts are measurable and comparable, while architectonic comforts appear as a mutual fusion of spatial parameters. This paper qualifies a set of parameters for the evaluation of measurable aspects of architectonic comforts, which will expand the existing mechanisms to measure the basic types of comfort in kindergarten buildings.
